Legfontosabb összetételi jellemzők: - 100% casein tartalom, természetesen gazdag TGF (Transforming Growth Factor) ß2-ben, mely egy antiinflammatorikus citokin - 25% MCT-tartalom - Rugalmas kalóriabevitelt biztosít, többféle hígításban elkészíthető - akár 1,5 kcal/ml koncentrációban - Alacsony ozmolaritás (370 mOsm/kg, 1 kcal/ml standard oldat esetén) - Kellemes, finom íz - Orális és szondatáplálásra egyaránt alkalmas
Adagolás: A javasolt napi mennyiséget és hígítást az orvos vagy dietetikus határozza meg, mely függ az életkortól, testtömegtől és a beteg állapotától. Javasolt koncentráció: 20% (1 kcal/ml), de elkészíthető 25%-os koncentrációban (1,25 kcal/ml) vagy 30%-os koncentrációban (1,5 kcal/100 ml) 1 éves kortól alkalmazható. Alkalmazása külön körültekintést igényel 5 éves kor alatt.

Jelleg: Módosított, meghatározott tápanyagtartalmú, különleges rendeltetésű, klinikai, speciális - gyógyászati célra szánt - tápszer.

Fő jellemzők: Tehéntejfehérje(kazein)-bázisú, maltodextrint és szacharózt, tejzsírt, kukoricaolajat és 26 zsír% MCT-t, továbbá a kazeinban természetes TGF-˛2-t (gyulladás-ellenes transforming growth factor-t) tartalmaz.

Egyéb sajátságok: Glutén- és gyakorlatilag laktózmentes, alacsony rost(salakanyag)-tartalmú.

Javallat: M. Crohn. Nem alkalmas colitis ulcerosa diétás kezelésére.

Alkalmazási meghatározások: Felnőttek és 5 éves életkor feletti gyermekek kizárólagos vagy kiegészítő táplálása orálisan vagy szondán át. Szokványos, átlagos súlyosságú esetben akut fázisban 8 héten át kizárólagos, majd 12 héten át kiegészítő táplálásra javallt.

Ízesítés: Nem ízesített.

Elkészítés módja: 870 ml ivóvíz + 200 g vagy 24 lesimított adagolókanál tápszerpor = 1000 ml standard oldat. Megfelelő orvosi indikáció esetén az oldat töménysége emelhető, legfeljebb kétszeresére (200 kcal/100 ml). 1 adagolókanál = kb. 8,16 g tápszerpor. 100 g tápszerporból kb. 500 ml standard oldat állítható elő.

A tip: If you would not like to receive your package in person, but would like to have it billed to your health fund membership card, please enter your health fund details in the billing name. We will then issue an invoice that you can submit for billing later.

2.Payment by cash on delivery

 The fee in all cases, regardless of the order value, is 390 HUF gross.

It is also possible to pay by bank card at GLS pickup points and with the GLS courier.

3.Online credit card payment 

In this case, after clicking the "send order" button at the end of the order, the system will navigate you to the SimplePay page, where if you enter your bank card details and approve the transaction, we can immediately book the amount in our system.

Shipping fees:

A tip: you can change any of the data entered by clicking on the MODIFY button behind the selected option.

1. If everything is correct, click on " CONTINUE TO CHECK"  . Here you can check all the data again. If something is not correct, you can still correct it. Click on the " SUBMIT DATA"  step at the top of the page, then the page will jump back to the requested screen.
2. We're almost there, before you click the "SEND ORDER" button, you just need to click the small box before accepting the data processing information under Summary.
3. If you are a registered user, you can request a credit for your loyalty points by placing a checkmark in the second small box.
4. You can complete your purchase by clicking the  "SEND ORDER"  button.
5. If you are registered, before completing your order, you can see here how many points you have received for your purchase in our Loyalty Program.
6. Your order number will now appear on the screen. Please refer to this number when contacting us!

The placed order can be recalled at any time from its own menu and, if necessary, re-ordered using the  "ADD PRODUCT TO CART"  button.
